Place the hot milk, instant coffee, real vanilla extract, white chocolate chips and sugar in a high speed blender. Blend on high for approximate 15 seconds. pour immediately into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. This will yield one large or 2 small servings.
Variation: If you own a milk steamer and frother, you can also prepare this recipe using one of those. Simply use cold milk instead of hot and add all other ingredients, except the white chocolate chips to the steamer. Once the drink is hot and frothy, you can slowly add the white chocolate chips.
